BULGARIA. THE JOURNEY BEGINS. ARE YOU READY? ****************************************************************

Did you know? ********************************************************************** John Atansoff invented the first electronic digital computer. His origins are from the region of Yambol in Bulgaria. ********************************************************************** The world's oldest known writing system is the 7000 years old Ancient Thracian Script, which, recently decoded, shows that the first people of present day Bulgaria, which modern Bulgarians are direct descendents of, knew of Maria ('Ma-Raya', 'Ma-Re-Wa' that is 'The Place of The Word of The One (God)') and Jesus, known to them as 'The Ressurection-Jesus', that is 'Twon-Jesus' or 'Twon-Ysus', and 'The Sun-of-the-souls-Jesus', that is 'Te-On-Jesus' or 'Te-On-Ysus', which name was later changed among the Greeks who called Him 'Dion-Ysus' that is 'Dion-Jesus', 5000 years previous to His appearance in-the-flesh. ***************************************************************** Orpheus was the Patriarch (Spiritual Leader) of the first Ancient Thracians. In later times a different Orpheus who lived in the Rodope Mountains, which are in the South of Bulgaria, was the legendary Thracian poet and musician whose music had the power to move inanimate objects and even raise the dead. ********************************************************************** Spartacus - The Thracian gladiator who led a slave revolt in the Roman Empire (73–71), came from the Pirin Mountain, which is in the South West of Bulgaria ********************************************************************** Xenophon, a Greek, wrote that "it was known that a group of Bulgars invented the wheel in the great Steppe". *********************************************************************** Founded in 681, Bulgaria is Europe's oldest state with internationally recognized independence. Bulgaria is also Europe's oldest state which has not changed its name from its beginning. The Bulgars are the only European people who have organised three states in Europe, which beared their name in one form or another - Old Great Bulgaria (present day Southern Ukraine), Volga Bulgaria (present day Tatarstan in the Russian Federation) and Danubian Bulgaria (the foundation of modern Bulgaria). ********************************************************************** The Cyrillic alphabet, also called Russian, is de facto Bulgarian, as it was asembled by the disciples of St. St. Cyril & Мethodius in the lands of Bulgaria, Moesia, in the late 800s to translate the Bible of the newly adopted Christianity from Greek to Old Bulgarian (Church Slavonic) and later taken to Kyiv (Ukraine), and only then to Moscow (Russia), by order from Kanasubigi (Ruler Son Of God Kanas > Knyaz) Boris-Mihail Bulgarian. It was copied from the Egyptian Coptic Bokharic Alphabet, which Biblia Besica was written in in a language close to Ancient Thracian, with few letters changing their designation. Today over 300.000.000 people use the Cyrillic alphabet, which includeds even Mongolians. The Cyrillic alphabet is different from the Glagolitic alphabet created by St. St. Cyril and Methodius who were Byzantine Eastern (Orthodox) Christian Missionaries. ********************************************************************** Vasil Levski (Lion-like) determined the future form of government in liberated from Ottoman (Turkish) rule Bulgaria - a democratic republic (which he also described as pure and holy republic), standing on the principles of the Human and Citizen Rights Charter of the French Revolution. That was the only document hitherto known to guarantee the individual freedom of expression, speech and association in Bulgaria. Levski held that all religious and ethnic groups in free Bulgaria—Bulgarians, Turks, Greeks, Jews, and others—should enjoy equal rights. He reiterated that Bulgarian revolutionaries fought against the sultan's government, not against the Turkish people and their religion. Levski had no tolerance for corruption in the revolutionary movement and insisted that a revolutionary must be "just, fearless, and magnanimous." He was known to have said that he would not seek office after the liberation but would go to "other enslaved nations" to help their liberation. ********************************************************************** Peter Konstantinov Dunov (Bulgarian Петър Константинов Дънов, pronounced [ˈpɛtɤr kɔnstanˈtinɔv ˈdɤnɔv]) (11 July 1864 - 27 December 1944) was a Bulgarian spiritual master and founder of a School of Esoteric Christianity. He is called Master Beinsa Douno (Bulgarian: Беинса Дуно) by his followers. The psychological aspect of the human development according to Master Beinsa Douno is a consequential transformation designated by the term "BLOSSOMING OF THE HUMAN SOUL". According to Master Beinsa Douno esoteric disciples link their consciousness with Christ permanently, experience Him constantly in their mental, emotional and will-power spheres and learn permanently from what He performs within them. Thus the consciousness of disciple and his etheric body more specifically, is naturally perceived as object and subject of the so-called 'Second Coming of Jesus Christ. ********************************************************************** The first air-dropped bomb in military history was developed by the Bulgarian Air Force during the First Balkan War, which took off from Yambol and was used on 16 October 1912. Rayna Kasabova was the first woman ever to take part in a combat air mission, accomplished on 30 October 1912. *********************************************************************** World's first digital wristwatch was developed by the Bulgarian Peter Petroff. ********************************************************************** A developer of the combined oral contraceptive pill, Carl Djerassi is of Bulgarian descent. ********************************************************************** An important lactobacillus, which takes part in creating yogurt from fresh milk is called bacilicus bulgaricus. Its homeland is Bulgaria and it is found naturally only in Bulgaria and on the Balkans. ********************************************************************** Nestinarstvo, or dancing on live coals, is a unique Bulgarian custom preserved from most ancient times in the area of the Strandzha Highland in the Southern Black Sea region of Bulgaria. The temperature of the smouldering embers danced upon is 300-400'C. Human protein begins to disintegrate over 70'C, which transcends the nestinarstvo beyond.
