My name is Nancy Smith and I am a Level 2 & Elite OSCI (One Stroke Certified Instructor). I have been teaching students how to paint the quick and easy One Stroke method since 2002.

I am excited to announce that I am now certified to teach One Stroke using wOils! Watch for wOils classes beginning in March 2012.

I am currently teaching at JoAnn Fabric and Craft Super Store, 6161 Columbia Crossing Circle in Columbia MD. I also provide private lessons or group sessions and will work with to determine the proper project.
