![]() Old Crow Farm On the Kansas prairie there is a small homestead called, "Old Crow Farm". So named for the large black crows that fly over-head. Twenty-five years ago our family joined the crows in calling this home. Like the crows, we're a large blended family. A retired couple who have "started over" in raising two more children. Add those to our six grown children and it goes without saying that life is never boring here on the farm. Inspired by my grandmother's I'm carrying on the tradition of working with my hands. (Grandma always called it her "fancy work".) With each stitch I take, I'm once again a little girl sitting at my grandmother's knee watching her create a heirloom to passed down to loved ones. Only now I'm the one doing the creating. Here you will find photo's of the things I make, our family, my shop and our farm. Join us in our journey of life on the Kansas prairie. | |
