Dave Velsor: Hi, Welcome Home.
I served in '67/'68 with Delta Btry. 2nd Bat, 12th Marines. I became best friends with Stepen Michael Thompson. He was KIA on May 13th in '69 shortly after I came home. After all these years I finally found that he is buried in the Veteran's Cemetary, Loudonville. I have been unable to contact any family or friends to speak to. I'm hoping you guys may be able to help. Thanks!

His family is from Baltimorem, Maryland. I would love to talk to his family. We used to talk about what we were going to do when we got back home. James never made it. After all these years, I still have the guilt laying in my mind. can you help, I left a memorial on the wall. thanks, carlos

Philip B. Conley: I was surfing the net, looking for Ft. Holabird and came upon this site...brought back memories. We had a great time at USAINTS Feb to July 1969.
Learned to eat crabs across Holabird Ave., bar next to Holabird Inn, and spent many hours in downtown "Balmer" having a good time, doing surveillance, going out to Ft. Howard, marching to classes, and enjoying the smell of Colgate Creek.
Went back ther in '95, and it's all gone!!! Couldn't even show my friends. Thanks for the site.

Pete Ramsay BEM(Mil): Just come back in to have a look at your site and am once again impressed with its content. We thought the photo of Chuck Hilton in tuxedo and bow tie was exceptional and I would say he is a candidate for a lead role in the next Speilberg movie!
Out of interest some of the members may want to have a look at the Vietnam Veterans of Australia site at www.vvaa.org.au
Bev and I are looking forward to catching up with all our friends at 451 when in Baltimore over the weekend of the 7th of July.
