Michael Vance aka RAIDER4LIFE: You are an AMAZING woman. You've come a long way from where you've been. I can't really put into words all the nice things I wanna say about considering the short time we've met. You're such an inspiration, and, people should take notice in what you've accomplished. You make a great example for people that are in the situation you were in. You have so much to offer to this world. When God created you, he broke the mold. He should've made more people like you.
You are a total package:
Smart, intelligent, creative, funny, and,...and the list goes on. You're inner beauty overshadows your outter beauty.
I'm glad to have met such a wonderful woman. I hpe that we can continue to be friends. A world without friends like you, is like a world without heroes.

My name is Julie, up from CT. I was spending some time looking over the before and after pics on the WLS website....I don't know what to say. First of all, lets please acknowledge that clearly you are a freakin' knockout, this means both before and after the surgery, so maybe that has something to do with it, but your picture has just given me so much inspiration! What I want to know is, how the hell did you get down to such a small size? I am looking at other people's pics and yeah they have dropped lots of weight, but you look different from everyone else. If I were to look at your after pic, I would never ever have been able to tell that you were larger at another time in your life. Did you bust your ass working out? (Please say no!) If you can give me some pointers I would appreciate it. I am a short, but petite enough to get down to the 120's I am sure. It would really be great to hear from you, how things are going for you still etc. I don't yet have a surgery date, but am going in for my initial appointment next week. I'm scared to death, but if you only knew how psyched I am now that I saw your pic! God....please let me look that good.

I lost down to 277 on my own and then had WLS surgery 12 wks ago. Currently at 215.....would love to get to 114 (as you did) and would like to know how you did it.
