Dennis Lancaster: Joan, What beautiful tricolored Shelties and I love the kitties such lovely furbabies. I'm amazed that you can grow AV's in northwestern Minnesota. I think you live somewhere near Thief River Falls. My wife and I live in Grand Marais, MN on the north shore of Lake Superior. Mrs. Katnip (Fran) grows AV's but not very many as we live in a senior apartment. We brought them from Denver, CO where we lived before.
Lovely pictures..if your ever in the area let us know. Be happy to buy you a donut and drink at the World's Best Donut shop but have to be between Memorial Day and Labor day. The donut shop closes for the winter but there is always coffee or tea at any of the local restaurants open all year.
