Virginia Diana Hogan: Fellow rehabilitator from southern TX. I do both fox & gray squirrels and occasionally raccoons, due to a bad back it keeps me from doing a lot of the larger than squirrels but am planning on adding skunks this year. Love your input and information you do share which takes a lot of precious time so thanks so much for sharing.

Judy: You do wonderful work! Rehabers give more than time (all of it!), they give their hearts and spirits, too.
Your mystery plant. . . could it be a pelargonium, a scented geranium? eIf it's an aralia, there is a variegated aralia and the name escapes me right now, I think it would be dead by now. Your plant looks like some pruning would help it. I'm looking for a piece of Stapelia - a starfish plant. The flowers look like big, brown starfish. It's a fast-growing succulent that looks like a cactus. Can't find one anywhere. I had a piece given me in Virginia. It froze on an enclosed porch in Ny. I miss it.
