Dear Vendor,
Attached you will find a booth form for the upcoming 2007 – Bring Home The Holidays At The Antique Rose Emporium Event. We are looking for unique vendors to give our guests the possibility to find that one-of-a-kind gift that they just cannot live without.
This event is also special, because we are celebrating a member of our community. Amy Mucha, our beloved dance teacher and friend, was diagnosed with lymphoma on Tuesday, June 12, 2007. She has wonderful doctors and she is receiving the best care possible. She had her first chemotherapy treatment on June 15, 2007 and did wonderful! The treatments are costly and her insurance is not covering much of the treatments. This is where we come into play.
A $2.00 entrance fee will be accepted at the door along with other donations. At the entrance is where the first door prize ticket will be given. Then as a vendor we are asking that you hand out tickets for every $10.00 spent at your booth. This will hopefully generate more business for you when a guest sees that door prize they really want. Then other tickets will be sold for extra door prize chances. All of these proceeds will go directly to Amy Mucha and her family. There will be a box by each door prize where the tickets will be placed. Then, we can either select times to pick prizes or we can do all of them at the end of the day. What do you think is best? (Door Prizes will be accepted from anyone. If you know anyone who is unable to attend, but would still like to get their information out to our guests…send them my way. I will tell them the rules for this special offer. THANK YOU!!)
We have already had a great response to this event and therefore have decided to sell booths outside as well. Last year we were blessed with beautiful weather and we are hoping for that again this year. Booths and tables are limited. Please add your booth choices with your favorite first and then 2 other choices. Once placed in a booth we will email you back.
Thank you again for your interest in this event and in Amy Mucha. We continue to pray for Amy Mucha's strength and healing. Let's show her how much our community cares!

A dance class from Amy's All Stars Dance Studio perform at the event. (A stage may be needed)
A photographer to shoot Christmas photos that day at the beautiful Antique Rose Emporium and/or with a backdrop that was brought…and possibly a Santa Clause.
An area for the kids with a company to show off their bouncers. This way the parents can have more fun.
Snow Cone Company.
Catering Company who is looking to fill up their holiday schedule and offer treats for participants in the event and guests.

Joyce Schoepf: Hi, I met you at Wimberley Market Days and told you I knew of a plant nursery that might be interested in the terra cotta flowers. Would it be possible to get a clearer picture of the flowers on the stakes the way you had them displayed? But your website does not allow for online orders. How can I get letters for my newest granddaughter "Sydnee". Her nursery colors are red, sage, offwhite, white, yellow and black with flowers & dragon flies.
