Judy Payne: Hi,
I looked at your great picturetrail because somehow your picturetrail link got hooked to a message I sent to the group. Don't ask me how. Serendipity, I guess, because just TODAY I bought some tiles for the first time. Well, your tiles are great so, of course, I have some questions.
I would like to make some trivets out of 8" by 8" tiles. Do you know if FolkArt paint with some kind of sealer, varnish, etc. can handle the heat? If so, what do you use?
What do you use to prepare, paint, and finish your other tiles?
Thanks, Judy Payne

What a change you have made at the Potter's House Church - Decorating can sometimes be very stressful when you have to renovate - The outcome of you and your paint brush has been delightful.

I forgot to ask you yesterday, what paint do you use on your glass vases? Do you bake afterwards?
I'm painting vases and hate the perm enamel paint. Was wondering if there is something better.
Thanks

I loved your painting. All your work is beautiful. I loved your bowl with the fish and cat. What strokes did you use to do the fish? I tried some, but they didn't come out that good. YOur roses are beautiful. I love the two different roses that you painted on the tin. How did you do those?

Anita: Good Morning!
Your paintings are so beautiful! I couldn't believe each one was better than the last.
I really liked your roses, it seemed that your had several different types. Would like to try them - if you have an author or book that you use aside from Donna Dewberry's books, please let me know. Your faux backgrounds are terrific, any tips for someone who has been fairly new to painting would be much appreciated.
Maybe, it's the colors that I am using for the faux background that I don't like.
Your tinware is wonderful, beyond words.
Thanks for sharing.
