Vivian: Hi Eileen. I was at a miniature show this weekend and while talking to a vendor I was referred to your work. I came home and sit here now admiring your work and look forward to ordering future pieces. And I have to add.... I love the pics of you and your Grey. I myself am owned by many feathered friends (budgies, cockatiels, quaker, African ringneck are among the flock) with my biggest baby being my 6 mo old female Congro Afr. Grey named Zuri (Swahili for Beautiful). What a handful she is and such a Joy. I adore my entire feathered flock but there is definitely something very special out these very intelligent Greys. Bobby looks like quite the special guy and how wonderful that he goes to school with you. I bet he must love the attention :)

Barbara Wyner: I am writing for two reasons: One, to enter a name for your "Unnamed #4" contest and two, to order plates! Name contest: I suggest "Cowslips", otherwise known as "Marsh Marigold"...a member of the buttercup family so named as it grows along small streams and brooks where cows might graze; they are sweet and edible (both cows and people), somewhat along the lines of dandilion greens (steam like spinach, salt & pepper, butter with a little vinegar); a spring tonic that will cure whatever ails you! I will order plates via your email: I am going with some of your Desert Rose. Many thanks. I also saw your recent write up in MC...Congrats and great story (not to mention your work-just lovely!) Regards, Barbara Wyner, Belmont, MA, naturalist and Native of Vermont.
