MariLynn Raptis: Penny, I don't know if you remember me, but about 3 yrs ago, you made me a baby bracelet for my daughter Katrina. It has raw emeralds and freshwater pearls -- I don't know if I ever told you HOW BEAUTIFUL IT IS!
Thank you for creating it for me!
I now have a 14 month old son, and when I get some fun money saved, I'll be contacting you for something similar for him!

Julie Sweet: I received one of your pieces as a gift. Awesome jewelry. Thank you for getting back to me to help me identify the stones and leading me back to your site. You have beautiful work. I love the way you incorporate various stones that aren't as common and bring them together with such an artistic eye for color and form. I wish it was easier to get here in MN. Thank you for the personal touch. Julie Sweet

Marie Y. Doyle: Pen, took bit of time to run thru the Krull album and then the first album that shows up when you sign on as well as the Golden Pacific, love the new earrings with larger stones and therefore longer, like bracelets 74, 57, 121, 253, and 101 (from GP I think). Like the larger stones, the multiple strands and the mixtures of texture in your work. Give me a quote.

Dagmar R. Jacobson: Penny,
I love your jewelry! How do you market it? Can a customer buy directly from you? Have you thought of trying to get a showing on one of the shopping networks like QVC or HSN? I will keep in touch.
Love always,
Dagmar
I look forward to seeing you some time this summer.

Marie Y. Doyle: Thought the new things PQ Designs were terrific, especially as you would guess the combinations of crystal, balinese silver and chunky stones, also the cobalt, red, deep colored necklaces, the giraffe is great. The bracelets are reminiscent of some of my daughter's and she added some silver charms which of course ups the price but may attract someone with a special like, such as bunnies, sewing, shells, etc. Have several of hers like that. She used a number of differing colored and shaped glass beads. Anyway looks good to me. How does this work and how do people buy from you? Are the crystal items examples of work done or things up for sale?
Good luck,
Bonnie
