Jack Miller: Hi, Bill. Thanks for your kind comments about my loon pics. I looked at your album and was very impressed, especially with the indians. The mask has such an eerie and sad quality- as if he is reliving the past and the gklory days of the Native American culture and realizes what we have all lost. By the Way how near to Scranton, PA are you? There is going to be a gathering of woodcarvers at a campground near there this summer in July. It would be great if you could attend. It will be July 20 through July 24 and it's free. Fifteen instructors willbe present to give pointers on carving, painting and other facets of the carving experience. I'll be te4aching shorebird smoothies and giving a painting demonstration. Several of the teachers including Chris Howard from Gatlinburg, Tn and Mike Bloomquist from New York are expert human figure carvers. I've talked anough. Again, excellent work!!
