Taylor Stark: Amanda you are blessed to be so talented. I would give anything to be able to dance sing act like you. You are 5 years younger than I am and I have trained my whole life and never made it half as far as you. I LOVED YOU IN THE WIZ. They really used you to your full potential. God Bless you and thanks for sharing your talent with us.

Broadway1198babe: Amanda and/or Tanzi or Ms Balon. Could you put up your interview tips for annie again please

Maggie: Hey Amanda. I'm gonna try out for the 2009-2010 tour when it's time for the auditions again. I'm kinda new to the audition stuff. I'm a shortie(LoL). Do ya think I've got a chance to play Duffy? It seemed you enjoyed playing that part :-). TTYL Maggie

Carol (Sophie's "MOM"): Hi there! I rec'd your msg about your dog Cassie and you're right ... she and Sophie look so much alike! Thanks for your message, I really enjoyed looking at your pics, especially the one with the cracker box on her head, that was hilarious!!! Happy New Year! Carol

amandabalon: Hi Lynn zee, I am sorry that you did not make it in. I am sure that you are a great actress and I bet you would have made it if there were more spots. abbey: hey amanda! omgosh your horse is really cute! and i love the new family pictures. thanks for posting all these pictures up.

amandabalon: Hi Abbey, Thanks about my dogs. Thumbelina is mine and Casandra (Cassie) is my sisters and my dads, but my brother really takes the best care of them. We are all totally animal people especially dog people so They are totally spoiled. I really missed Thumby on tour so I was so thankful I had Mikey and Lola. Well on tour my mom and dad traded out touring with me and then Nick, Samantha and Aurora would come on school vacations. Because Nick is my twin, my surprise b-day gift was that he got to stay with me for a week on one birthday and then Maddie's (Peppers) mom drove him home (15 hours) after the week. Mrs Portman (Britneys mom - the other Peppers mom) made Nick feel really special on his b-day coz we (all the orphan March babies were getting the attention so it was sooo cool of her. My other chaperones were Abbey Stevens (Grace Farrell) and other times Alex Yepremian (dog handler/ensemble) when my folks were not there

abbey: hey amanda! i LOVE the pictures of your dogs! sooo cute! my dog eats everything to!! so i just have 1 question. did your brother tour with you and yr mom or dad?? or did he just visit on like the weekends and the holidays??

Erinn: Some of your albums are not working... is that because of privacy settings or are they supposed to work?

Gabi♥: Hey amanda! I am so glad that I am on tour with you and we got to meet eachother. I think that you are really talented but since I have been on tour with you, i forgot to tell you! I think that you do a great job as "Duffy" and "Molly" or at any part! I know that you have signed my guest book but I haven't got to see it yet. Oh well. Try again and I will see if it works. Love ya, Gabi♥

laura: Hey Amanda,I was just talking to Brandy Panfili and she said she is way excited about meeting you.brandy will play tessie on tour

ally: Hey Amanda...You are so adorable and cute...I am so inspired by how hard you work on stage...I saw you when you played Molly in Atlanta last year.you are way totally cute.I was just wondering,is the tour coming to Atlanta again this year??

Lilly: Amanda-I loved you in Annie. You were awesome! Particularly the drunk imitations, I was laughing out loud during that! I am just interested in this-I read in the program that you are "champion performer of the world." What did you have to do to win? What do they judge you on? Just out of interest...

Jan Sheldon: Dear Amanda-I am so proud to see you are doing so well. I do hope you are staying the happy little Molly I knew in my Annie! Take care, kid and shoot for the moon! Love, Jan

Yulia: Amanda-I saw you in Boston. I was one of the people who asked you for your autograph out back-the kind of tall girl with the short brown hair in the brwn dress-that was me. You were amazing! I loved the mickey finn part-that was funny! Since I saw the play I think I've been torturing people with the songs, singing them every second to myself-the production was that good. I love singing and acting myself. Good luck with future acting!

meg: name = Meg comments = Hi Amanda, I live in NYC so I don't have a chance to catch the tour, but I've been following it VERY intently and watch all of the video clips. On youtube, I was simply BLOWN AWAY by your flexibility in the Flintstones dance! You're a human rubberband! I was showing some of the clips to my babysitter, and she kept going on about what great stage presence you have. Unfortunately, that got me a little bit of a talk of how if I want to get anywhere in showbiz, I need to be able to do what you can. Lets say...you're talent is VERY hard to match up with. Sometimes, I forget how young you are! I'm 12, almost 13, and I would kill to be on Broadway. I've been performing since I was 7, but still haven't done anything professional. My credits end with Kid City Theatre, a very small children's performing theatre company based in NYC and then some camp shows I do that open to public. You truly sparkle on stage and you are such a great role model. Best of luck in whatever is up next! Love, Meg REMOTE_HOST: 192.217.139.10

Lilia: Amanda thank you so much for sending me the program that I asked for and the awesome pic (that I have now framed) You are such a sweet girl. I wish so much that I could have seen the show and I wish I could have met you. Well I will deinitely be seeing you and Marissa next year. Your clips are amazing. You are amazing. Thank you for your thoughtfulness

HELLLLO: This is Amanda's guestbook people not a forum for leapin's sake. Hi Amanda Hi Elizabeth. Are you missing being on tour? Luv ya JK

Sherryl: And I think that the only reason that they allowed that to be published is because they know the author and it is a church based book on which they never claimed royalties.

Jo: Yeah me too. The book was really insightful but never braggy

: That is really great. There are so many people now who try and enhance their fame by exposing how charitible they are to the whole world. I really admire Samantha and Amanda for their beliefs.

Sherryl: I spoke about that to Angelique (their mom) once. She said that, raising money is something very private and personal for Samantha and Amanda. The little kids that they help are suffering and hurting and the Balons would just never put that on display.

: I wish that they would advertise their benefit performances or put them on the website

Sherryl and Jim: She is still doing the same charity performances even now, guys. With all her touring and recording and school work. Jim and I went to one and we were blown away, both girls (Sam and Amanda) were so good and they do not keep a penny of the money.

Fran: Oh wow, I also read that book and I was pretty sure that it was the same Amanda. Your e-mail confirmed it Tammi. I agree totally, You are a very special person Amanda

Tammi: Amanda I wanted to tell you that are an amazing little girl on the stage and off. I just finished reading Dakotas dads book "Star Quality' . When I read about what you did for all those little kids, I began crying. It was sooo touching and you are just the kindest most generous precious girl that I have ever had the honor to meet. I would really love to learn more about little you and your interesting life from Africa to the US. You are truly a wonderful role model for any child (or adult) wanting to enter showbiz

Neil: my family just saw u in annie u were great my 3 year old sister loved it and how old are u?

Reily: Hello! What a great time I had in Boston seeing the show and seeing everyone again! You were fantastic in the show!!!

Darci: Hey! My name is Darci Faye, I'm 17. I have been following this cast of Annie for a while now, online. I've been reading Marissa's mothers journal online. I really REALLY want to see this cast on tour, but I can't. This weekend I am going to be in NH (I live in northern Maine) but there's no way we can swing up to Boston to see them. I'm very disappointed. I've wanted to see this cast since about the time they started. All the kids seem adorable. Esp. little Amanda. I watched the videos of her singing and dancing online...WOW! She's got some talent! How old is she now? She's def going places! Not to mention she's just as cute as a button! I do have a question. Since I can't see the kids live, do you think there's a way I could get their autographs? It won't be the same, but it'll be better than nothing. Maybe if they come back up towards Maine (or better yet, TO Maine) then I could come see them, but until then, I would LOVE their autographs! If this is at all possible, my address is Darci Faye 816 Fort Fairfield RD Caribou, ME 04736 Thanks a bunch! Hope to see the cast sometimes! But until then, tell them to keep shining on! ~Darci

alin in buffalo: I loved you in Annie Amanda. Thank you for making the show a hit. You are a star

Tanya F.: Hi Amanda, I work as a reporter in Buffalo and have written many reviews. Unfortunately, I was not officially assigned to "Annie". I wanted to tell you that you truly shine on the stage. You lit up the stage in every scene you were in. I could not take my eyes off of you. Good job and good luck, Amanda. Thanks for a great performance. June 7, 2006 10:40AM

Lea: i hope you have fun on tour.i wish you could stay.

reiley: Hello Amanda, My name is Reiley and I am 7 1/2 years old. I saw you in Annie in Hershey. You were very good. I think you are a great singer. I hope you are having fun on the tour. Do you take gymnastics? I am a Level 4 gymnast. I like doing all the events. What do you like to do when you aren't on stage? Do you collect anything? Have you been to any other countries? I tried out for Annie too. It was alot of fun! I hope you will email me back. God Bless you too! Reiley

Angelique: Dear JLP, I don't know who Julie S is but I can relate to her concern. Unfortunately there are evil people out there and we have to be very aware of that in this society. Amanda has pretty much been in the public eye since birth and her pics are already on sites and in magazines that we have no control over. We made the decision, to put up her own site, I guess so we could have a little more central control and moniter it always. It is sad that stories cannot be just shared freely, without first making sure all security measures are in place. But it is reality and we just have to always be aware. Thank you for your letter and concern. Angelique

J.L.P: Hi Angelique, I was just wondering what your thoughts are on Julie S(last name protected for site) bashing all the child stars websites saying that it exposes them to predators.

Amanda: Wow thank you so very much. I am lucky because the role of Molly is a really fun role to play. We all love Providence. The audience has been terrific and the people are wonderful. Have you ever seen Annie before or played in Annie before? Once again, thank you for your E-mail. It means a lot to me,Amanda

Lisa Marie: name = Lisa Marie comments = I had front ro tickets to see Annie in Providence, RI and simply LOVED YOUR LITTLE ROLE ! Amanda you are the next best thing in America, I hope you make it in Hollywood as an actor, you ultimately deserve it !

amanda: Molly is a really great role to play. I am glad you got to play her too. Yeah it is fun following Miss Hannigan and acting goofy. Honk is the story of "The Ugly Duckling". It is an awesome play to be in

anon: Dear Amanda, I'm an Annie fan and i played Molly in Annie Jnr. at my school, like you! I saw you in my home in Raleigh and i liked the part where you followed behind Miss Hannigan and pretended to drink like her! I wish i got to do that when i played molly. Anoymous P.S. I saw in your credits you were in something called "Honk!" Jnr. What's "Honk!" about?

Amanda: Hi Sarah, wow you must be really talented to have played Annie, that is so coool. I'm glad you liked the show. We had a wonderful audience in Providence - really nice people there. Thank you for your very very nice e-mail. God Bless, Amanda

Sarah: Hi Amanda!I just saw you in Annie in Providence tonight and I wanted you to know how amazing I thought you were! I was in Annie about 7 years ago and I played Annie so it was really fun to see the production and know ALL the words! My family all came to see this production and we all thought you were the best part! I hope your career as an actress continues because I KNOW you will be a star!SincerelySarah

Amanda: Thank you so much Kelsey I love the part of Molly too. Our director Martin has really done a good job with the roll. I auditioned 1st in New York (there were about 500 girls auditioning). I auditioned again in Houston when the part of Molly opened up and I was offered the part. In auditions we all basically went through rounds in groups. We sang the song "tomorrow" and then our choreographer, Antoinette, taught us a dance, then there was a cold read. I heard about the auditions through friends, but they also announce auditions on broadwayworld.com and also on auditions.net or on the Annie website annieontour.com Networks holds auditions for Annie about 2 times a year. I don't know how old you are but If you like theatre, maybe you could try-out (for an orphan or adult part) at sometime. Thank you for your nice E-mail - Amanda "Molly 2006"
