Francesgrace Claypool: I cannot thank you enough for sharing these precious and wonderful pictures and this beautiful transformation story of your life. As I sit here in tears and hating my fat self I thank God daily for strength and courage to keep going although so many days I can only go at the pace of 5 or 10 minutes and not a day-at-a-time. I want to reach my goal one day and stop having this miserable life of being locked in a fat body. My husband of 40 years has asked me for 15 years to have surgery for this but I just didn't feel I deserved it. I weighed about 110 when he and I married so he's seen me at my best and now at my worst. Thank you again for sharing with me. Pray for me to make the right decision about the surgery. Sharon Watkins: Cathy and Mike: What a difference! I probably wouldn't have known you if I had met you on the street without this scrapbook and the pictures! You look so different from when I worked with you. I am soooo proud of both of you. Maybe someday I will be thinner, I am not a candidate for this type of surgery as I have a history of bloodclots, so they won't even consider me for it. I have tried!!!
You are truly an inspiration to so many people! Please keep up the good work and let me hear from you ocassionally. If you ever get a chance, stop by and see us at the Dept of Safety! We would love to see you.

Sandi Rogers: Hi Cathy, & Mike,
I was at the facilatator meeting on Sat. Nov. 11, and saw you there. I was hoping to get a chance to meet you, but as soon as the meeting was over I had to leave. I have just looked at your photo album, wow am I impressed. I kept listening to you on Sat. and thought to myself what a roll model this lady is. I am in my third month, I had surgery Aug. 28, (Dr. Olsen) I am very pleased thus far I have lost 51 lbs. I always have questions so if you could answer a couple of them for me, I would appreciate it.
1. Did you weigh each morning? If so, did you see a fluctuation in the scales. I get up this morning and I weight one thing and the next morning it may be a pound or two pounds more. seems strange.
2. This sounds terrible to ask a complete stranger but did you have a problem with constipation, if so what did you do?
Thanks for your imput and anything else you can share with me about this journey I am on.

Jilllllllllll from Illinois: Look at you Ms. Cathy and Mr. Mike.....what a beautiful duo! As I've said before, you inspire me and I haven't even met you. Hopefully we'll get to meet one of these days. I am planning to attend the Christmas party on 12/15 in Nashville as I'll see Dr. Houston in the morning.
