Earlisha: Girl my heart goes out to you, you look GREAT! You do not kow me but I am thinking about having the surgery and I was looking thru the before and after photos on obesityhelp.com and you have inspired me to just do the dang thang. I am currently 220lbs, which I know may not be as much as you were but I have tried everything but I just can not shake this weight. I am used to being a size 6 and boy have I tried everything, so for me this is the only option left. I am sick of trying and sick of being sick of trying. I just wanted to tell you, that you look great and congrats on the new you!
