Michael Hornung,Jr: Thanks for the inspiration to keep TRYING to cut some puzzles. My only problem is the blades just keep breaking No matter what I do. I have changed the tension evry which way and speed and I even go slower than a snail sometimes and the still break after 5-7 pieces. I am not forcing the blade at all either, it seems to break on turns and at the start of a piece. If you have any help for me please let me know because I do not want to get so frustrated that I just quit trying to make them because the price of blades will kill me on a 100 piece puzzle. Michael

Trish (The Puzzle Lady): Hi Carter, I to make wooden jigsaw puzzles. Animal, or what ever shape I can think of. 1/2" notie pine. I use allot of nots for the eyes. When you stand up the puzzle you can grab any outside edge and it wont fall apart.
