Kathleen Sergas: Susan, I gave my first demo at Michael's on Saturday and I met another OSCI who told me how wonderful you paint and I looked you up on the onestroke website and just want to tell you that your work is beautiful. This was my first demo. I was certified in AC in October 2001. I have a full time job and don't get much time to paint. I try and do it whenever I can, so when they asked me to demo I thought why not. Now they want me to teach a class and I was wondering if you might give me some tips on beginner classes. We thought we might have them paint rose buds on a candle, which I used as a sample at my demo. I hope you don't think me too pushy to be asking you these questions, since you teach you may be able to give me some pointers. Do you supply the paint, towels, paper plates? Or do you just charge a class fee and they bring everything with them? Thank you,
October 6, 2003 10:02AM
Esther: The 2 new pieces...mirror and window are just gorgeous! Did you paint the shadows on the mirror, or did that show up because of the scan? It's a very striking effect! Candace Mash: Hi Susan
Your paintings are elaborate and beautiful. I have watched a new star being born with the roses.
I am anxious to see your progress in another year, you may be number one, who knows. Keep up the wonderful work. Lovingly, Candace

Eve: I love your crayfish. It has movement which mine is lacking. Okay, I might have been painting a dead crayfish..lol....I can't believe I haven't signed your guest book yet. I have left tracks over here so many times. I love your work. I was born in Kosciusko by the way.

Sharon S: Susan, you are the queen of fabric painting. I don't know how you get such good solid painting, but you should be putting out packets of your designs on fabric and the how-tos. Haven't seen anything like them.Everything is gorgeous, love your roses, pansies and you have the most sensational color combos have seen, they just pop, but are equally elegant as well. What a pleasure to visit your gallery! Sharon in Coldwater
