hillja@msha.com: I knit my socks the same way you do with the instep on one needle and all the other stitches on the other once at the gussett and have always done it that way. Made no sense to keep rearranging and they go so fast that way. Love your stuff. Used to lives in Hampton/Newport News area but probably before your time. If I ever get back to visit, will surely come by. Wonderful stuff and I can tell you have a great personality

LaBean: I know I'm kinda late here, but I just joined the 2socksCirc yahoo list and while reading some old posts, came across a link to this album. Your socks are beautiful!!. I saw you used the Fortissima 9074. I did too, and I also had toes that came out exactly like that. So I don't think there was anything you did wrong.. it just.. comes out that way I guess.

Susi: Bobbie - I believe you were at the dentist's office today and my daughter shared with you that I'm a rug hooker. Do you send out samples of your wool yarn?? I do bind the edges of my rugs with wool yarn and I like to match the yarn to my rug. Presently I do get my yarn at a local knit shop.
I wish you luck with your endeavors. I admire knitters - that is one hobby I didn't pick up and you can certainly make beautiful things. Right now there aren't enough hours in the day!!

Jill Rosner: Bobbie - I am a friend of Judy Kaiser's daughter-in-law. I've admired the scarf that Judy created for Erica and would like to reproduce it but I'm having trouble recognizing the correct yarn. I'm guessing pon pon, but totally unsure. Judy says the pattern is cast on 26 stitches and knit until the yarn is finished. I'm to ask you "for the yarn that Judy Kaiser uses and that Bobbie will know..." Can you please help me?
Many thanks!
Jill

Linda Goncher: Bobbie, your sister in FL recommended your site. Your sample photos are a great help in steering someone towards the correct yarn needed for a scarf or shawl, and what kind of look it achieves. You can almost "feel" the softness of the fibers through the pictures - keep up the good work!
