The workshop is called "Strategies for Knitting with Self-Patterning Sock Yarns" and your waffle st sock is a great example of a stitch pattern that really works. Anne-Synnøve: Hi, Alice - what an honor to sign the guest book of such an accomplished knitter! Have never made dolls, but socks - I've made a lot, since the only winter socks my son-in-law will wear are the ones I make. He works in construction, and needs WARM stuff! And the WW - what a lovely color! Just made one for my 4-year old grandson - in camouflage yarn. Love your signature, too - one of the ladies looks a lot like our neighbor in Norway; she and my mother could gab for hours! Happy knitting! AnneSy
