Tracy: Kathy:
I stumbled upon your magnificent website today and I must say that I was blessed. It has been my "hearts desire" for over 20 years to be able to paint but I can't even draw a box. The Donna Dewberry introducted One Stroke Painting and I suddenly had hope. Had my first class two days ago and we began on the Rose. My Roses still look like wilted Lillies but I am determined to one day have Roses that look like Roses.
Thank you from the bottoom of my heart for all your magnificent projects that you shared with us. I shall be back often for your website not only give me hope but gives my heart so much joy.
May God continue to bless your talents. Also I had a cat that looked just like your cat.
God Bless You Always,
Tracy

December 11, 2002 5:05AM
Jewel Grafton: I enjoyed your painted jars the most. May I offer a suggestion? I read on the main OS list that your sales were not that great. Try using the boxes that you carry your supplies in as shelves and levels for your products. Cover the boxes with table cloths or sheets and no one will ever know! Also, try to find table cloths that reach all the way to the ground so no one will see all your supplies underneath. Spread out your product so it is not so obvious that things are not one of a kind. People will pay more if they think you only have a few (weird aren't they?). I know how frustrating it can be to work so hard and take all your things back home. Good luck in the future.

June 17, 2001 1:07AM
Alexis Campbell: Hi Kathy,
I think that your work is very good. I see what you mean about the topiary. The only suggestion that I would make is to have more green in the top of the tree and not quite as much wisteria. Otherwise, you are doing very well. Keep practicing. Alexis Campbell, OSCI in Meridian, MS
June 10, 2001 10:51PM
Alicia Balestracci: Loooove the topiary! You did a terrific job on it, and I agree with the other messages, leave it alone!! Don't try to fix it, there's nothing wrong with it!! What surface did you do it on? It looks like hammered metal or leather or something textured! Like it lots!
June 6, 2001 11:48AM
Mary: Gee, Kathy your doing great, I REALLY like that topiray, its not so stiff looking, its more natural. I've never seen anything in nature that is perfect and they have most topiarys perfectly round and that looks fake to me. I think that why I never did one but now I just might. Thanks for sharing. also your "curly freakin' cues" look good.lol
June 6, 2001 11:43AM
