Phyllis Perry: Hello,
Does anyone know someone who could carve a totum of animal faces in the trunk of my Ash Tree that had to come down this year? I left about 12 feet of trunk standing and it's solid. Would make a beautiful totum
in my backyard. Can you help me find someone?
Thanks,
Phyllis

Just a note to thank you and all the others for your work at the Round up's for the last 4 years. Started coming up 3 yrs ago,(part of a day), this year we came early for both the Round-up and the
Spit and Whittle. It is without doubt the the greatest learning experiance I have had in my carving years. I don't know how anything so well organized can be FREE. Thanks again for a great time. I looked at your carasol pictures, all I can say is wow.
Keep up the great work, see you next year for both (early)
Thanks again, Larry

Jack Miller: What a pleasure it was for me to look at the pictures on your PT site. I really enjoyed seeing so many of my friends from the Mitten. I was thinking about the spit and whittle weekend all last weekend. I didn't realize that there really is a spitting contest. I bet I could have placed in that one!! Did Bob Gallandt get there? And Bill wrote to tell me that a bunch of people mistook him for me, just like at the last two roundups. I hope you mentioned to the group about our Eastern Roundup next summer. My best to all my Michigan Friends
