Kathy: Hi Doni. Great site. I live in Gastonia and also do crochet items and one stroke painting. I do wire wrap and gemstone jewelry also. Interested in getting together for a craft booth sharing arrangement? I have been wanting to test the waters in the craft business. If not, still like to get together and share interests.

I like the bookmark also. Maybe the taggers also can be used to make greeting cards? I bet that would look lovely, 3-D, like a get well card?
Keep up the good work!

Gail: Doni,
--- I love the idea of putting the pictures on the back of the board you take to shows and craft shows. So far, your fruits look great! What else do you plan to put back there? I have a big board just like that which I use to hold freezer paper on for my classes. It has two clips in the front to hold the paper up. Is that the same as what you are using?
---Oh, and those cinnamon buns and donuts look so realistic! I don't know if I could stand painting them if I couldn't eat the "model"! LOL! Great Job!
January 22, 2004 6:57AM
Julie Hollopeter: Hey Doni,
You crazy crazy girl! I love your diet method and I'm in the same boat so I say this with love. If you can't eat em', paint em', and that's just what you did. They look great. Hey did you use the papier paints on the ones that you sealed. And alas would you buy this kit again, or just pick up some paints and use what ya got at home? Were there special brushes in the kit too? Thanks for making my morning! It's 5a.m. and I can't sleep. LOL.

Valeriej: This is something to think about and it is only a suggestion how about Hydrengea inbetween green and white. only a suggestion. I love what you have for borders. have a rainbow day.
September 8, 2003 2:11PM
Rebecca in Owego, upstate NY: For the fern border you feel you have too much space between, how about one or two simple "s" strokes in a contrasting color or a simple dot pattern (3 dots in a triangle shape)? I am thinking maybe a light burgundy color or else the green or pink you used for the fern or flowers. The "s" stroke would actually be a backwards "s" because of the way your design "leans", and would not have much curve except at the tips. Hard to explain what I am picturing in my mind! LOL Basically just fill in with some simple strokework that would fill in, but not detract much. I don't know, what do you think? Feel free to email! :-)

Gail: Hi Donni!
I enjoyed looking through your new picturetrail today! I just recently put mine up to, so I know how much work is involved! LOL!
I think my favorite was those tiny little christmas tree lights - your Mom must be creative too, because that idea of making a holder out of a spice rack for them is just precious! Your herb chair is very nice, too. Looks like you put a lot of work and thought into putting the design on it together. Great job!
