pat smith: Nancy, I so enjoyed viewing your art. I live in a rural area in N. CAL and we are starved for stores. Nearest store is in Sacramento a couple of hours away. It is so nice to see samples of what we can do.
Thank you for sharing your art.

Nancy Dees: I was working in my stamp/art room today and having a difficult time just figuring out what I wanted to do. I tried a few things that I didn't like the look of ( of course, I didn't throw them away!) Nothing was looking right or what I wanted.
I gave up. Several hours later in a fit of ' I want to do something different' I got on the computer and went to picture trail. I have just spent over an hour drooling over all the work you have posted there.
I attended a demo you did a few years ago at Stamping Art Specialitys in St. charles, Mo and was fascinated, but at that time it was beyond where I was.
Just wanted to let you know that you are inspiring. There are so many things I would like to ask you about. Do you have another book coming out soon?

Kathy Markwardt: I just bought your Texture Effects Book and love it. Only one problem I can't seem to find the Glaze Vernis paints by Plaid anyhwhere ~ even on the Plaid wedsite? Are they still made? And if not, what type of paint would be comparable to do the technique where you take paint away with a stamp off the cardstock. Thanks Kathy

dolores desideri: Hi Nancy,
As queen of resists, can you tell me if the pink tinted embossing ink disappears as it dries? I've been asking around and no one seems to know. I wanted to use it as a resist that I can see on white. Thanks

Roxy Hebb: Ooh. Ooh. Ooh! I just read someone's comment here that you have a book coming out. Maybe I could get a lot of my questions answered after all. When should I start looking for it?
April 6, 2004 8:52AM
Roxy Hebb: Nancy, I love, Love, LOVE your work! I'm not sure I have ever seen such consistently fabulous work. I came across your piece, Sanctuary, a year or two ago and fell in love with it. Now I find a whole album full of equally wonderful work! (Got the link on Ma Reliquary).
I have one question (actually I have TONS of questions, but I guess I'd better reign myself in a little). What is the shadow stamp you used in the background of a number of your pieces. For instance, the hot pink "Unfolding" in your 2003 album. I would really appreciate you sharing who makes the stamp and an online source for it if you know of one. (If you feel like sharing how you made that particular piece, I wouldn't object either.)
Thank you for sharing all your wonderful art! (I don't mean to gush, but . . . .)
Roxy

Jo McQueen: Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful talent. I have admired your work in the various publications, but never put them all together to realize that all these wonderful things were created by one incredibly talented person. Question: could you tell me how you did the "Les Lettres." I don't think I have that publication since I haven't been stamping that long. Thanks again for sharing. Jo
