Vicki Sajdak: Dear Merlyn: I have been learning from your expertise for the past few years. I met you in AZ at the convention, and you were very helpful with the Minutes Matter. Since then, I have learned from your input in the forum, and the most exceptional method for a pinch pleat drape that I have ever seen. I am a one person workroom for wholesale and retail in MI, and am forever thankful. You certainly have many talents. Thank you so much for sharing with all of us. Vicki

Liz Ristenbatt: Hello Merlyn, I just spent about 30 minutes looking at your work and it is absolutely gorgeous. Everything you create is superb. I recently attended CHF Academy and was on the forum just now and noticed a response from you and went to your gallery. I would love to be able to view the photos that are password protected, specifically I am setting up my workroom and would love to take a look at your workroom. Thank you. Sincerely, Liz Ristenbatt

Ellen Stanford: Merlyn, You're a legend on the CHF forum. It is obvious why. If you are no longer on it or associated with the school, it is their loss. You are too good for them anyway. My picture trail is ellensewnsew. Why don't you start your own school or online course or something? You Go Girl.

Pamela Benjamin: Hi Merlyn, I'm a part time sewer (for fun not money) and play around with window treatments. I have been fretting over how to construct pinch pleat drapes and have just read your instructions and think I finally have it in my mind that I can do this now! I have made jabots and swags, madelyn valance and some other small things but always have fun and as a self teacher, always teach myself something new each time I make something. I am really enjoying the forum and it has taught me soooooo much lately! What about that tacking gun?? that you have on your instructions for pinch pleats... what is the real name for that and where can I get one? have not seen one before? Again, I really appreciate your help and loved looking at your pics of the home. I am in Charleston South Carolina and work full time for the medical school here. Again, I appreciate your help and sharing of information for all the newbies. Did I see somewhere that you have on line classes? Thanks so much! Pam

Natasha Marean: One last question. Do you have a tip for sewing the rings in the center of the shade? I will share my experience... get on top of the table:) Would it work to fold the treatment, similar to your ironing technique? Thank you so much for all of the hard work and tips you give so generously. I am amazed you took the time to document your talented work so thoroughly and share it with a stranger, like me. I copied all of your tips on roman shade making to keep as a reminder. Thank you immensely! Natasha, Custom Decor

Glenda B. Palmer: I have just viewed your picture trail and find it so informing. I can never express how much I appreciate the web site from the school. I have just learned so much. I bought and have just finished Cheryl's roman shade video. I will be purchasing more because it was so clear and so easy to understand. I hope to save enough to go back to the school for more classes. I am retired and when I do a treatment or skirt for someone, I put it away for my classes later. I have gotten very professional with my tableskirts and gathered bedskirts. Thank you again
