It's ME, Clancy, watching over all my friends from the Rainbow Bridge. Dudley, the WIN Parade Mascot (the little white guy in the first album with the cool top hat!) misses me as he would miss a toothache but my humans miss me a lot and wanted my photo in the parade again this year!
