Album: the GRANDmothers Exhibit, February 2006

Growing up, I did not know my Grandmother nor did I know what she looks like. When I became a Grandmother in 1998, I realized my special place in my grandson's life. My journey began. These dolls and figures are my search for an image of my maternal Grandmother.

This collection represent some of the most memorable and influential women I have known. They were exhibited in a solo showing at The Northampton Center for the Arts Gallery, 17 New South Street, Northampton, Massachusetts, February 2006
