Blue Lace Chair and Footstool

October 2003 This child size, chair and footstool started out life as a red, blue and green cotton fabric chair. I loved the shape but the colors..........Uck. Soooo, I decided to experiment and painted it with FA French Blue then painted the doilies with FA pigmant white. Looks much better:-) What you can't see well in the picture is the roses and lace work on the doilies because they are also white. I'm thinking of painting a teddy bear on it so it looks like it is sitting in the chair.
