Embroidered Mirror ~ Sea & Sky

This mirror was one of the projects I made whilst studying City & Guilds Embroidery. Base on the chosen theme Sea & Sky. The work is a combination of fabric painting on bondaweb, bonding in layers machine stitching, hand stitching, beadwork and using found objects from the beach. I have designed a second mirror to hang below this piece but have yet to make it I am so busy with my miniature work. One day I would like to create a miniature version of this piece :o)
