"Vase of Flowers"

This little embroidered piece measures only 39mm x 48mm including the frame. Stitched on a handpainted cotton background, the colourful flowers & stems are worked using a veriety of stitches and stumpwork techniques to give a 3 dimensional effect as you will see in the picture. The vase is also padded out and stitched over using a lovely space dyed cotton thread in mottled mauve shades.SOLD
