Rusty, 1973

I was 11. Rusty was a Welsh pony/Tennessee Walking Horse cross who belonged to the 16-year old counselor at camp. It's still hard for me to look at his pictures because his loss was hard for me to bear. This picture was taken the last day of camp, and I was crying at the time. Rusty was being sold and I never saw him again.
