Could I place a valance up as far as this valance is against molding, if my window does not go up as far as this one in picture? Material would just come to top of window frame. Window is tall, by kitchen sink but ceilings are higher than average. Should prob. line top of valance with cabinets.

Gorgeous treatment. Could this be modified to attach to cornice board? I have a bay window in my kitchen & would love to create this with the same fabric and all:) Thank you.
