This quilt will be raffled or auctioned by the Hillsboro Community Arts Center with proceeds going to the Fine Arts Department at Hillsboro High School. Panto:Steam in the center part of the quilt. Sqiggly SID lines for the red framing border; and freemotion "steamy swirls" in the outer border. Batting: Soft & Bright from the Warm Company; Thread: YLI patriotic varigated on the top in the center, and Signuature 100% cotton French Navy in the bobbin and on the top outer border.
