I did not modify the top and the knobs are without projections, I used skinny hair scrunchys wrapped them around each cuff then slipped it over the knob

This one is mounted on knobs into the wall without a projection but the pattern has a return if you need to do a projection. The tops can be dressed like this with the cuff pulled down between the knobs or not if you prefer.

Beautiful Did you modify the top? Does your hardware have a projection or is it just mounted into the wall.
