This window treatment is a Pull-Up pattern with "Pleated Valance with Finials" jabots. I overlaid the horn portion and made it curved and a little longer on the bottom like the Pleated Valance pattern. I gathered up the Pull-Up pleat area on the outsides to fit the jabot portion of the Pleated Valance with Finial pattern piece.
