I did that treatment as a sample and hung it in my kitchen.
That is a Robert Allen Fabric call Sussex Noir. It is not longer made. I believe I purchased that fabric on eBay.

I like the fabric that you choose for you window treatment. I think your window treatment was an great choice to show off the fabric. Do you remember where you bought your fabric?
