Album: Tagua arts and crafts
An assortment of samples of lapel pens, bolo ties, pendants, fan pulls, miniature vases etc. crafted from Tagua Nut. Most of the items shown have been sold. Similar or commissioned pieces gladly created for you. Tagua is grown in Ecuador, looks, wears & feels like ivory but its use poses no threat or danger to animals or our planet. Tagua is now used by many sculptors, jewelers and other artisans.
Here are just a few examples of how I use Tagua. Some are turned, others may be carved, another painted or woodburned. More will be shown here in the future. Prices and/or more information available upon request by email to: artbybarb2@verizon.net
