Antelope with new "skin" going up

This was taken from the gravel road about 1/2 mile from Antelope Power Station (before unit 2 was added). Spring 1978(?). I was bouncing back and forth between 3 powerhouses for 3-4 years, so it's hard to keep track of what year it was...!
