Bubble over Coyote footings. Winter 1977

This bubble was 260 ft. wide, 360 ft. long and about 60 ft. high and held up with 2-3 lbs. air pressure. We worked in shirt sleeves inside all winter - when it was minus 30 degrees outside and miserably COLD. One day there was so much snow on the roof we had to wear snowmobile suits and parachute harnesses and pull ourselves up 1 inch ropes to the top to sweep snow off or jump up and down to break snow/ice loose till our legs felt like JELLO! A LONG semi truck fit inside the entrance on the left... between air locks. See photos below for more views inside & out.
