Album: Restoring an old painting

This painting of The Last Supper belongs to a woman that works with my husband. She asked him if I would be able to fix it for her. It had been hanging in her home for many years and was badly in need of repair. The paint was flaking off and it had mold and mildew all over the canvas. It took me over 26 hours and I am pleased with the results. I am very happy to say that she was pleased with the restored painting.

Completed

I was very happy when I finished this. I am happy with the end result. I sealed it with two coats of varnish and sent it to work with my husband to deliver.
