Footlet (Ped)

Based on a very old pattern. The sock starts with a little garter stitch for the top of the heel, then a regular heel flap and heel turn. Now knit FLAT as you pick up gusset stitches, work the gusset stitches and down the foot from side to side with a little garter edge. I did not join for circular knitting until halfway down the foot.
