Serendipity Collage Tag

Take left over bits of scrapbook paper, pages discarded from an altered book project, die cut stars and a piece ripped from a Godiva Chocolate bag. Collage them together. Cut out a tag and adhere it to light blue card stock. A variation of this card is available for trade. Email Kim Bayne to swap ATCs.
