Album: Wheatens on Parade

Welcome to the second annual Wheatens on Parade fundraiser. The goal of this parade is to raise money for Wheatens In Need, a 501(c)3 charity that is dedicated to rehoming unwanted Wheatens. To learn more about Wheatens In Need, please go to www.wheatenrescue.org

To enter your Wheaten or Friend of Wheaten in the Parade, please e-mail a jpeg to cuileannwheatens@comcast.net along with your dog's name and 25 words of copy as to why they should be nominated Grand Marshal of the 2004 Parade. The cost of entry is $20 per dog for U.S. Wheatens and $15 per dog for all others. Payment is required before your Wheaten will be added to the Parade Album. Paypal is preferred. Go to www.paypal.com and enter the following e-mail address: wheatensonparade@yahoo.com. Checks made payable to Wheatens in Need can be mailed to: Wheatens on Parade, 138 Henshaw Avenue, Springfield, NJ 07081. Voting for Grand Marshal will begin at midnight on March 18th and will last for one week. Each dog entered in the Parade gets one free vote, additional votes can be purchased for $5 U.S. each. Non-entrants will also receive one free vote. If your Wheaten is entered in the 2004 Parade and would like to be featured in the 2005 Wheatens on Parade wall calendar (available later in 2004), it is an additional $10 U.S. Please specify when making payment that you are entering the Parade and want your Wheaten included in the Calendar. For dogs not entered in the Parade who would like to be included in the calendar it is $20 U.S. and paypal again is preferred. Please specify when making the payment that you are submitting your dog's photo for the calendar only. The owner of the Wheaten voted Grand Marshal of the 2004 Parade will receive a Beth Babos denim jacket featuring their pooch along with a customized mouse pad donated by Norma and Dudley Loftus.
