Album: APRIL 2009

March disappeared this year!!! Ken was driving the motorhome rig cross country from California to South Carolina while I 'stole' some time at the beach on Anna Maria Island. Believe it or not, I only took one picture the whole time I was in Florida and it was of Cassee!! A wonderful time was had by all, as usual (refer to Nov/Dec 2008).

After returning to SC in mid-March, we took care of business before coming to Itta Bena the first part of April. It's still too cold to launch the boat so we are tackling other projects and preparing for a wonderful summer season here with friends and family.

We arrived Itta Bena ('Our Home in the Woods') early this year. This view is from our front deck before the leaves are on the trees. The lake level is up 10 feet from last fall but still suffering an 18 foot deficit.
