Album: Butman Family Album Photos

The pictures in this album were from an album kept by Mary Foster Butman Sargent. They are primarily of Butman and Pendleton relatives. Mary's mother was Margaret Ann Pendleton Butman and her father was William Butman. The album was scanned for family records by James G. Sargent in 2004. The notes about each picture are notes taken by JGS.

1. William Butman, a Searsport sea captain, was Mary Butman Sargent's father. The photo was marked as William Butman (Mary's handwriting?). On back says Mezzo-Jinto process patented July 1867, and H. L. Kilgore, Photographer, Belfast, Maine.
