The Pentecostal Movement started not on Azusa Street in CA, but Jan 1, 1901 at Parham's Bethel Bible College in Topeka, when Agnes Ozman experienced "glossolalic baptism." Parham was an itinerant evangelist, having pastored in Eudora and Linwood before coming to Topeka in 1898. He died in Baxter Springs 1-29-29.
