Antique Mantel from MIT

This is an antique mantel from the library at MIT ..It was removed from one remodel fireplace and then refitted to a new fireplace........Then was removed again and moved to a different remodel job and custom fitted to yet another fireplace..It was necessary to add custom matched extentions to the back side of it to match the contour of the latest fireplace
