Album: 67 Ranchero

My 1st car and 1st actual restoration. It's a 1967 Ranchero 500. It's factory color, forest green, but originally had parchment interior. It was changed to black, since I was a committed grease/dirtball. Came from the factory as a 289/3 speed on the tree with 3.25 8" rear. No P/S, no P/B but does have P/S now. It's now a 302 with a big bellhousing Truck C4 trans and the same 8" rear.

I've had this car since '93 if I remember right. bought it from All American Classics for $250 as just a rolling stripped body. Parts gathering and restoration took till '95. I drove this thing all through High school and beyond as a daily driver and it took a little abuse up till '98 when i decided to do a re-paint. And from then on i just back pedaled and tore further into the car. Wound up doing almost another complete resto on it, doing things I hadn't gotten to on the 1st resto. Hopefully it'll be on the road soon. Fresh 302 and tranny, soon fresh paint and probably go through the interior.
