Album: ruins

Today I slipped under a fence to photograph a most incredible relic of the past. This beauty sits right behind a brand new blight called Wal-Mart Superstore. It was a gorgeous old basalt plant, I believe. It's a matter of time before it's demolished to make room for the out-of-control development just beside it. I felt as if I was in a Roman Ruins. You can't get the scope of this place by single photos. There is ruin after ruin after ruin and an incredible surprise around every single corner. What a satisfying, thrilling, green Autumn day.
