Album: Our New Home

We purchased an old school in Dunbar, Iowa...yes it's ours we have the keys and I will start having pictures soon....I waited to post til we closed etc since we had many a dream not come true rofl... what we plan to do... We will make a temp housing in the gym so we can go back and forth between where we live and there so we can work on the school...it's 3 floors one will be studio, classrooms and gallery two will be our living space three will be for sleeping of students and a work all night room... We will do the reno/iowa 2009 retreat there...not sure about sleeping rooms as of yet BUT forsure we will teach there...I am tenatively planning a new kind of retreat I'm hoping for spring of 2010....there will be no teacher...it will be sleeping room, food and everyone can bring a pattern (any designer) and fabric and work til you drop rofl...it's like the quilt retreats do and I had such a blast and then there is people to ask questions if you need help... okay so this is where I am today...
