6' Estate Fence with Welded Wire

While not the most common of heights for estate fencing, this 6' high estate fence was constructed to keep in some large dogs. It has (5) - 1" x 6" rails, evenly spaced with the bottom rail kept low to the ground. The 2" x 4" x 12.5 gauge welded wire is attached to the posts with galvanized "U" nails. Other options for wire installation would be to install the wire over the 1" x 6" rails and then install the 1" x 4" face plates (pictured here on the face of the posts).
